Online Classes are held on Zoom
During the COVID-19 pandemic, I am offering weekly group classes online via Zoom. Click the book here button above, and follow the directions to register, you will receive the Zoom meeting ID and password after registering. If you would like to schedule a time to meet privately with me outside of class, please feel free to contact me at email@example.com.
What you will need for class:
A quiet place to work
A working camera on your device
A bolster if sitting on the floor is uncomfortable
This class is the original 2 hour format as taught by Hilary Cartwright. A flowing, Taoist approach to Yoga, class starts seated with gentle sensory awakenings, opening of the meridian channels and into specific breathing patterns. The class slowly moves into challenging abdominal work and deeper stretches and hip openings on the floor. Class moves at a gentle pace, improves coordination and flexibility, and elevates your mood.
50 minutes of energetic Yoga Narada inspired movements that condition the body, with an emphasis on ballet line and placement.
