What you will need for class:
A quiet place to work
A working camera on your device
A bolster if sitting on the floor is uncomfortable
This class is the original 2 hour format as taught by Hilary Cartwright. A flowing, Taoist approach to Yoga, class starts seated with gentle sensory awakenings, opening of the meridian channels and into specific breathing patterns. The class slowly moves into challenging abdominal work and deeper stretches and hip openings on the floor. Class moves at a gentle pace, improves coordination and flexibility, and elevates your mood.
Ideal for students less familiar to Yoga Narada or short on time. Class starts with gentle Taoist breathing patterns and sensory awakenings, and moves into simple floor stretches and abdominal work. Class moves at a gentle and encouraging pace, and more personal corrections are given.
45 minutes of easy and enlivening stretches, self massage, and gentle meridian openings. Class finishes with seated breathing exercises and meditation. Students may want to have a bolster or meditation cushion if sitting on the floor is uncomfortable. This class is suitable for all ages and levels.
