Developed by Hilary Cartwright, Yoga Narada is a distinctive style of yoga that enhances coordination, proprioception, interoception, and artistry. Unlike traditional yoga, where poses are held statically, Yoga Narada involves fluid, undulating movements that gently unravel the knots both mental and physical, giving the body a sense of comfort in its movement. Each day is taken for its own individual merits, so no two classes are identical. There is a common thread, but, as in nature, there are many ways to achieve the same end. 

Originally known as "Yoga For Dancers," Yoga Narada incorporates dance technique and placement, but is accessible for all walks of life!
